1. A trend line/ lines. Shows the trend to buy low and when to sell high before the stock tops a ceiling. You should also check the analyst predictions. There not right or wrong, but you don't what a stock they thought would become garbage after you buy it.
2. Candlesticks are the best friends for this. Trendlines augment to the analysis.
